Liam Ratcliffe, M.D., Ph.D. has served as a member of our board of directors since September 2019. Dr. Ratcliffe has served as Head of Biotechnology at Access Industries, a privately held industrial group, since April 2019. Previously, Dr. Ratcliffe spent 10 years at New Leaf Venture Partners, a venture capital firm, from September 2008 through March 2019, culminating his career there as Managing Director, where he focused on investing in therapeutic and therapeutic platform companies. Prior to joining New Leaf Venture Partners, Dr. Ratcliffe was Worldwide Head of Clinical Research and Development at Pfizer Inc. (Nasdaq: PFE), where he spent 12 years of his career. Dr. Ratcliffe has served as a member of the boards of directors of Recludix Pharma, Inc. since December 2019, Upstream Bio (Nasdaq: UPB) since October 2021, Vima Therapeutics, Inc. since November 2023, Draig Therapeutics since June 2025, and OnKure Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: OKUR) since March 2026. Previously, Dr. Ratcliffe served as a board member at Arvinas Inc. (Nasdaq: ARVN) from October 2015 to September 2022, Passage Bio Inc.
