He became Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in July 2022, where he spearheaded the company's operational strategy, supply chain optimization, and integration efforts following major acquisitions. Under his guidance, Johnson Controls enhanced its focus on building technologies, sustainability initiatives, and customer-centric innovation, positioning the company for long-term growth in the intelligent buildings market. As CEO, Weidemanis leads Johnson Controls' vision to create intelligent, sustainable environments that improve occupant comfort and energy efficiency worldwide.
