Mr. Foss serves as Board Chair. He was first appointed Board Chair on July 1, 2021. He served as Executive Board Chair from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, after which his title returned to Board Chair in connection with his ceasing to be an executive officer of the Company on July 1, 2025.
