Mr. Wilson is a Managing Partner at DecisionPoint Advisors, LLC in Charlotte, N.C., a specialized merger and acquisition advisory firm for mid-market technology companies. He currently serves as a director of NN, Inc. (Nasdaq: NNBR), a diversified industrial company. Since 2021, he has also served as a director of Patterson Pope, Inc., an employee-owned private company. Prior to joining DecisionPoint in 2008, he served as Chairman and CEO of NuTech Solutions from 2004 to 2008, a business intelligence software company that was acquired by Neteeza (NYSE: NZ). From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Wilson was President of Osprey, a consulting and systems integration firm, which was acquired by NIIT (NSEI: NIITTECH).
