Michael Thompson has served as a member of our board of directors since June 2024. Mr. Thompson has also served as a co-founder and managing partner of Reinvent Capital, a private investment fund focused on technology companies, since 2017, and as the Chief Executive Officer and director of RTP from 2020 to 2021. Prior to Reinvent Capital, Mr. Thompson was the founder and managing partner of BHR Capital, a New York-based hedge fund. In addition, he has invested in and served as an advisor and board member for several technology companies, including serving as a member of the board of Oklo, Inc. since March 2025.
