Thomas H. Under Robb's leadership, Kaiser Aluminum has achieved significant operational improvements, including enhanced safety performance with record-low incident rates, multimillion-dollar cost savings through advanced manufacturing technologies, and successful expansions at key plants such as the Trentwood Works facility in Spokane, Washington. His strategic initiatives have driven productivity gains and supported the company's growth in high-value markets, earning him recognition as a key architect of Kaiser's manufacturing excellence. Robb holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. In his current role, Robb continues to champion innovation and sustainability, implementing Industry 4.0 solutions like automation and data analytics to position Kaiser Aluminum as a leader in efficient, environmentally responsible production.
