Robert R. Dillard is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of KB Home, one of the largest and most recognized homebuilders in the United States. Dillard joined KB Home in 2005 as Vice President, Finance, after a distinguished career in public accounting. He spent over a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, rising to partner in the real estate practice, where he advised major clients on complex financial and operational matters. Earlier, he worked at Arthur Andersen & Co., honing his expertise in auditing and consulting for real estate and construction sectors. A Certified Public Accountant, Dillard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia. Throughout his tenure at KB Home, Dillard has advanced through progressively senior roles, including Senior Vice President and Treasurer and Executive Vice President and Treasurer. His leadership has driven key achievements, such as optimizing the company’s debt structure, enhancing cash flow generation, and supporting share repurchase programs, all while fostering a culture of financial discipline that has contributed to KB Home’s strong return on capital and market resilience.
