On January 30, 2026, Mr. Hunt was appointed Chairman of the Board at Kelly Services, Inc. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Hunt Companies, Inc. since 2015 and is an active member of its Board of Directors and a member of the firm s executive investment committees. In addition to his role at Hunt Companies, Mr. Hunt serves on the boards of several affiliated entities, including Amber Infrastructure Group, Envolve (formerly LEDIC Realty Company), Hunt Companies Finance Trust (formerly Five Oaks), and Moss & Associates.
