Under Troy's stewardship, Kelly Services has achieved significant milestones, including successful debt refinancing that bolstered liquidity, multi-year cost-saving programs exceeding $100 million, and strategic share repurchases enhancing shareholder value. His leadership has been instrumental in navigating economic challenges, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, while positioning the company for growth through digital transformation and targeted acquisitions. Troy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Western Michigan University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
