Kimberly A. Ross has been a member of the Board since September 2023. Ms. Ross is a member of the board of directors of Northrop Grumman Corporation and The Cigna Group. Ms. Ross served as Chief Financial Officer of WeWork Inc. from March 2020 through October 2020. Ms. Ross served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Baker Hughes Company, an energy technology company, from September 2014 to July 2017. Before joining Baker Hughes, Ms. Ross served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Avon Products, Inc., a global manufacturer and marketer of beauty and related products, from November 2011 until October 2014.
