Mr. Richardson was appointed to the board of directors on May 29, 2020. He has been a private investor and business development consultant since May 2014. Previously, Mr. Richardson served in various roles at LSI Corporation, now part of Broadcom, from June 2005 until May 2014 . Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2011 until 2014. Mr. Richardson previously served as Executive Vice President and General Manager, Semiconductor Solutions Group; Executive Vice President and General Manager, Networking and Storage Products Group; Executive Vice President and General Manager, Custom Solutions Group; and Executive Vice President Corporate Planning and Strategy at LSI Corporation.
