CROWLEY Independent Director Select Business Experience: Mr. Crowley served as the Chairman, President and CEO of Triumph Group, Inc., a global company that designs, engineers, manufactures, repairs and overhauls a broad portfolio of aerospace and defense systems, components and structures, serving the global aviation industry, until the company's sale in July 2025. Mr. Crowley has served as Triumph's President and CEO from 2016-2025, and as its Chairman during 2020-2025. He previously served as a corporate Vice President and President of Integrated Defense Systems at Raytheon Company (now Raytheon Technologies Corporation) from 2013 until 2015, and as President of Raytheon s Network Centric Systems division from 2010 until 2013. Prior to joining Raytheon, Mr. Crowley served as Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics after holding a series of increasingly responsible assignments across its space, electronics, and aeronautics sectors. Other Board Experience: Mr. Crowley is a director of Safeguard Acquisitions, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) pursuing acquisitions in the defense, security, and intelligence markets, where he chairs the Audit Committee (since 2025).
