Gregory M. Share has served as one of our directors since August 2017, and was previously a member of our Board of Directors from the Company s inception in June 2009 to March 2015. Mr. Share has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Acorn Investment Partners LLC, an insurance asset management firm, since October 2025. He has also served as a Senior Advisor at Oaktree Capital Management since October 2025, where he previously was a Managing Director from January 2021 to October 2025. Mr. Share has served as Chairman of Ambina Partners LLC, a firm that invests primarily in U.S.-based private software and financial services companies, since 2020 and as Managing Partner from April 2015 to December 2020. Mr. Share was a Partner at Moelis Capital Partners LLC from August 2008 to March 2015, and a Managing Director of Fortress Investment Group LLC from August 2003 to July 2008. Prior to joining Fortress, Mr. Share served as Vice President at Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC from August 1998 to July 2003. Mr. Share has served on several public and private company boards, including Runway Growth Finance Corporation from August 2023 to January 2025 and Neo Performance Materials Inc. from August 2020 to September 2022. Mr. Share earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School. We believe Mr. Share s qualifications to serve on the Board include his more than 20 years of investment experience, including investments in the insurance industry, in addition to his prior experience as a member of the Board from its inception.
