James V. Continenza, age 63, leads the transformation of Kodak as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed by the Board as Executive Chairman in February 2019 and as Chief Executive Officer in July 2020. Mr. Continenza joined the Board of Kodak in April 2013 and became Chairman of the Board in September 2013. Mr. Continenza served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vivial Inc., a privately held marketing technology and communications company from September 2012 through June 2021, and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vivial Media LLC, a portion of Vivial Inc. remaining after a partial sale, from June 2021 to January 2022. In addition to his management experience, Mr. Continenza serves and has served on the boards of directors of a number of public and private companies. Mr. Continenza served on the board of directors of NII Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: NIHD), the holding company for Nextel Brazil, a wireless communication services provider, from August 2015 to August 2019.
