Mr. Ball has served as Chief Executive Officer of the company and Koppers Inc., our wholly-owned subsidiary, since January 2024, and as Chair of the board of directors of the company, since May 2025. Mr. Ball previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company and Koppers Inc. from January 2015 through December 2023. Mr. Ball has been a director of Koppers Inc. since May 2013.
