Mr. Walsh has served as one of our directors since September 2024. He currently serves on the board of directors of Semtech Corporation (NASDAQ: SMTC), since April 2023, as Audit Committee Chair, and a member of the Nominating & Governance and Strategy & Technology Committees and Wolfspeed, Inc. (NYSE: WOLF), since May 2025, as Audit Committee Chair. Prior to retiring in February 2022, Mr. Walsh served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer, at Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. (NYSE: ALGM), a publicly traded global semiconductor company that designs and manufactures advanced sensor and power management integrated circuits for the automotive and industrial end markets, from 2014 to February 2022. Prior to joining Allegro, Mr. Walsh served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Rocket Software, Inc., a global software development firm, from 2013 to 2014. From 2004 to 2013, he served in several financial leadership roles at Silicon Laboratories Inc., a publicly traded global technology company that designs and manufacturers semiconductors, including as: Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President from 2011 to 2013; and Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance from 2006 to 2011, among other roles. Additionally, he has served on the board of directors of Nitero, Inc., a venture-backed startup semiconductor company, from 2012 to 2015, Grande Communications Networks, LLC, a broadband communications provider of cable and internet services, from 2008 to 2010, including as chairman of Grande s audit committee. Mr. Walsh graduated in 1986 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine, an M.B.A from Boston University in 1992 and a Graduate Certificate in Accountancy from Bentley University in 1996. Mr. Walsh passed the CPA exam on the first attempt in May 1997.
