Mr. Sterin has served on the Board of Directors of Qnity Electronics, Inc. since November 2025 and currently serves as Chair of the Audit Committee. Mr. Sterin previously served on the Board of Directors of DuPont de Nemours, Inc. from 2019 to 2025 and was an advisory member of the Special Products Division from 2017 to 2019. Mr. Sterin was most recently an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Andeavor & Andeavor Logistics from 2014 until the merger with Marathon Petroleum Company in October 2018.
