Esther Cho, Esq., is the Chief Legal Officer at Keros Therapeutics Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel therapeutics to treat severe blood and iron disorders, including polycythemia vera and thalassemia. Earlier, she held progressively senior roles at Intercept Pharmaceuticals as Vice President and Associate General Counsel, focusing on rare disease drug development, and at Genzyme (a Sanofi company) as Senior Corporate Counsel. Her career began as a corporate associate at WilmerHale, advising on venture financings, IPOs, and M&A transactions. Esther holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. Under Esther's leadership, Keros has achieved key milestones, such as securing substantial equity financings exceeding $200 million and forging critical partnerships to accelerate its lead programs like KER-012 and celaglutide.
