With over 25 years of progressive leadership in the aerospace and defense sectors, Rock brings extensive expertise in propulsion systems, program execution, and strategic growth. Prior to her current role, she held senior positions at Honeywell Aerospace, where she managed multimillion-dollar engine programs, and at United Technologies, focusing on turbofan and turboshaft technologies. Under Rock's leadership, the Turbine Technologies Division has achieved significant milestones, including the successful qualification of the T408 and T450 engines for high-performance unmanned platforms, securing major U.S. Department of Defense contracts valued at over $100 million, and expanding manufacturing capabilities through advanced additive manufacturing and digital engineering initiatives. Her strategic vision has driven revenue growth, enhanced supply chain resilience, and positioned Kratos as a leader in affordable, high-thrust-to-weight propulsion solutions for modern warfare needs. Rock holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. She is a recognized industry expert, frequently speaking at defense conferences, and is committed to advancing STEM education and workforce development in the defense sector.
