Ms. Lincoln serves as the Board Chair of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, an independent, global foundation focused on addressing significant policy issues through innovative land use and taxation methods, since 1996. She formerly served as the Chief Investment Officer, stepping down from that role in 2024. In that capacity, Ms. Lincoln managed and directed all aspects of the Institute s endowment, including strategic asset allocation and policy development, contributing to the development of its $800 million asset base.
