Todd M. Tinelli serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Centrus Energy Corp. (NYSE American: LEU), a leading supplier of enriched uranium fuel and technical solutions to the nuclear power industry. In this multifaceted role, he oversees all financial operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, financial reporting, treasury management, risk assessment, and investor relations. Tinelli plays a pivotal role in guiding Centrus through complex market dynamics, ensuring robust liquidity, and supporting the company's expansion into advanced nuclear technologies such as high-assay low-enriched uranium (HALEU). Tinelli joined Centrus in 2014 as Vice President of Finance shortly after the company's emergence from Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization, bringing deep expertise from its predecessor, USEC Inc. Over more than a decade at USEC, he held progressive finance and accounting leadership positions, including Director of Financial Reporting and Manager of Technical Accounting. Earlier in his career, Tinelli worked as a senior auditor at Ernst & Young, where he developed a strong foundation in SEC compliance, internal controls, and financial consulting within energy and manufacturing sectors. Under Tinelli's stewardship, Centrus has achieved key financial milestones, including multiple successful debt refinancings, cost optimization initiatives that enhanced profitability, and strategic capital raises to fund technological advancements. His leadership has been instrumental in navigating regulatory challenges and positioning Centrus as a resilient player in the global nuclear fuel cycle, contributing to sustained shareholder value and long-term growth in clean energy solutions.
