Benjamin W. Glazer serves as Senior Vice President, Americas at Linde plc, the world's largest industrial gases company, where he leads the company's operations across North and South America. With over 25 years of experience in the industrial gases industry, Glazer joined Praxair Inc. (now part of Linde following the 2018 merger) in 1998 as a sales representative in the Midwest region. He rapidly advanced through progressively senior roles, including Vice President of Merchant Gases for the U.S. Midwest and South regions, and President of U.S. Industrial Gases, where he oversaw a multibillion-dollar portfolio and drove strategic growth initiatives. Under Glazer's leadership, Linde's Americas business has achieved significant milestones, including expanded market share in key sectors such as electronics, healthcare, and manufacturing through innovative supply chain solutions and sustainable hydrogen projects. His tenure has been marked by successful execution of the Praxair-Linde merger integration, resulting in enhanced operational efficiencies and customer-centric innovations. Glazer holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
