Ms. Cooper has served as Chairman of the Board since May 2023, and as our President and CEO since May 2022. She also serves as President of, and on the boards of, our principal insurance subsidiaries. She joined the Company in 2012 as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, serving in that role through November 2021. From 2019 to May 2022, Ms. Cooper also held the additional role of Head of Enterprise Risk, and from March 2021 to May 2022 also led the Company's Annuity Solutions Group.
