Ms. Cox brings to our Board extensive experience in utility industry, strategic leadership, operations and human resources from her 30+ year career at a major utility company. Throughout her tenure, she held leadership positions in Operations and Resources; President, North America; President, Asia; and leadership positions overseeing IT, Human Resources, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Ms. Cox is the founder of Blue Sky Ambition, an executive coaching and leadership training company in 2024. Ms. Cox has served on the Board of Directors of Technip Energies, N.V., an engineering and technology company for the energy transition with shares listed on Euronext Paris, since 2023.
