Deborah Gonzalez has served as a member of our Board since December 2021. Ms. Gonzalez has served as Chief Marketing Officer for The Joint Corp. (Nasdaq: JYNT), a national franchised healthcare company focused on delivering convenient and affordable chiropractic care since October 2025. Previously, Ms. Gonzalez held senior leadership positions in diverse industries, including Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications for Concentrix Corporation (Nasdaq: CNXC) from 2020 to 2025, Senior Partner for CMO Consulting Group from 2018 to 2020, and Chief Brand/Marketing Officer for Massage Envy Franchising from 2014-2018. Ms. Gonzalez also spent 12 years in various senior leadership roles at PetSmart, Inc. (formerly Nasdaq: PETM). Ms. Gonzalez holds a B.S. in Business Economics from the University of San Diego and an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. Ms. Gonzalez is well-qualified to serve on our Board due to her 30 years of experience in brand building, franchising, and delivering marketing programs that enhance customer loyalty.
