Frank Garrido has served as a member of our Board since March 2026. Mr. Garrido has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Restaurant Officer of Domino s Pizza, Inc. (NYSE: DPZ) since March 2023, and previously held several senior roles at Domino s, including Executive Vice President, U.S. Operations and Support from March 2021 to March 2023, and Senior Vice President, Team USA from June 2020 to March 2021. Prior to joining Domino s, Mr. Garrido was Vice President of Operations at Focus Brands from March 2015 to March 2017 and was Executive Vice President of Operations, Training and Concept Development for Edible Arrangements International. Mr. Garrido holds a degree in hospitality management from Widener University. Mr. Garrido is well-qualified to serve on our Board due to his extensive operational expertise and his success in driving domestic growth for major national restaurant brands.
