Nancy Faginas-Cody has served as a member of our Board since December 2021. Ms. Faginas-Cody retired from The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS) in 2020 after serving as Senior Vice President, Information Technology Enterprise Business Systems since 2013. During her 20-year tenure at Disney, she also served as Vice President, Information Technology for Disney Consumer Products from 2004 to 2013 and as Director, Information Technology for Disney Stores Worldwide from 1999 to 2004. Prior to Disney, Ms. Faginas-Cody held IT leadership roles at retailers including FEDCO and MacFrugal s. Ms. Faginas-Cody currently serves as an Advisory Board member of Uptempo, a career accelerator dedicated to advancing women in STEM. Ms. Faginas-Cody holds a B.A. in Economics from California State University-Fullerton and an M.B.A. from the University of California-Irvine. Ms. Faginas-Cody is well-qualified to serve on our Board due to her more than 40 years of experience in information technology and her expertise in managing global enterprise business systems for large-scale consumer brands.
