Que Thanh Dallara, 52, has served as a director of the Company since November 2023. Since May 2022, Ms. Dallara has been the Executive Vice President and Operating Unit President of the global Diabetes Operating Unit at Medtronic plc, a global leader in medical technology. Prior to joining Medtronic, from October 2018 to April 2022, Ms. Dallara was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell Connected Enterprise, Honeywell International, Inc. s software business.
