Ms. Murphy was elected by the Board of Directors as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board in May 2015. Ms. Murphy served as Lead Independent Director of the Board from May 2012 to May 2015. Ms. Murphy has been a Director of the Company since February 1998. Ms. Murphy is a Managing Director of Rocksolid Holdings, LLC, a private equity firm. She was the Managing Director of the Georgia Research Alliance Venture Fund from 2012 to 2015.
