Mr. Blanton has been a Director of the Company since October 2025. Mr. Blanton currently serves as Chairman of the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer of Crosslake Technologies, a private equity-held provider of technology diligence and advisory services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Before joining Crosslake Technologies in 2021, Mr. Blanton was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he was managing partner for the Charlotte office and specialized in transformation and private equity practices.
