Tom Doxey serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Southwest Airlines, a role he assumed in February 2022. He has been instrumental in steering the company's financial strategy through significant challenges, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, where he led efforts to raise over $15 billion in liquidity, including through equity offerings and debt issuances. Under his leadership, Southwest maintained its investment-grade credit ratings and executed share repurchases, demonstrating disciplined capital allocation.
