Jonathan S. Bobb, age 50, has been a director of the Company since 2015. His current term expires in 2028. Mr. Bobb is a Senior Director on the investment team at Eldridge Capital Management. Mr. Bobb previously served in a similar capacity at Guggenheim Partners. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Mr. Bobb was in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs & Co. from 2007 to 2013. His previous business experience includes investment banking positions with J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank and financial planning roles at Gap Inc. Mr. Bobb serves as a TLB-LSB Designee under the terms of the Amended Board Representation and Standstill Agreement. (see page 13). Mr. Bobb received a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. Mr. Bobb's extensive leadership and financial experience, among other factors, led the Board to determine that he should continue to serve as a director.
