Mr. Hollingsworth has served as a member of our board of directors since 2020. Mr. Hollingsworth has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Live Holdings, Inc. since December 2025. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy at Liberty Media Corporation from 2024 until December 2025.
