Mr. Cogan is a Senior Advisor and Content Operating Executive at Dunes Point Capital in Rye, NY. From 2022 to 2025 he served as Chief Executive Officer of Sonnenman A Way of Light. Mr. Cogan previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Knoll, Inc. (formerly NYSE: KNL) ( Knoll ), a company that designs, manufactures, markets, and sells high-end commercial and residential furniture, lighting, coverings and accessories, from 2001 to 2021. Mr. Cogan also served on Knoll s board of directors from 1996 to 2021, including as board chair from 2018 to 2021. He currently serves as board chair at The Rug Company London, UK, a private manufacturer of handmade rugs. In his role at Dunes Point Capital, Mr. Cogan serves on the board of Stanton, a provider of hard and soft surface residential flooring, Kwalu, a designer and manufacturer of senior living and healthcare furnishings and Kravet, the leader in to-the- trade furnishings and textiles. Mr. Cogan served as a director at Interface (Nasdaq: TILE), a global flooring solutions company offering an integrated portfolio of flooring products to customers, from 2013 to 2020, and at American Woodmark Corporation (Nasdaq: AMWD) since 2009 and is expected to continue until the completion of the Merger in 2026. Mr. Cogan received his A.B., with a social studies major, from Harvard University.
