Mr. Fracassa has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Magna International Inc. (TSX: MG; NYSE: MGA), one of the world s largest and most diverse automotive suppliers, since September 2025. He previously spent two decades with The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR), advancing through several finance leadership roles, including tax and treasury, group controller, and corporate planning and development, before serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2014 to 2025. Prior to joining The Timken Company in 2005, Mr. Fracassa was Director of Taxes for Visteon Corporation. He began his career with Price Waterhouse in Detroit and later served as a tax attorney with General Motors Co. (NYSE: GM). Mr. Fracassa has served as a director at American Woodmark Corporation (Nasdaq: AMWD) since 2024 and is expected to continue until the completion of the Merger in 2026. He received a B.S., with a major in accounting, and a J.D., from the University of Detroit Mercy. Mr. Fracassa is a certified public accountant and a licensed attorney in Michigan.
