Prior to joining Malibu Boats in 2017 as President of the Malibu Boats brand, he held senior leadership roles at Polaris Industries, where he oversaw the company's powersports division, including iconic brands like Indian Motorcycle and RZR off-road vehicles. Earlier in his career, Menneto spent more than a decade at Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP), rising to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, managing global sales for Ski-Doo snowmobiles, Sea-Doo personal watercraft, and Can-Am off-road vehicles. In November 2021, Menneto was appointed President and CEO of Malibu Boats, succeeding Jack Springer.
