Christopher Kempczinski is the President and Chief Executive Officer of McDonald's Corporation, a position he has held since November 2019. Kempczinski joined McDonald's in 2015 as the Executive Vice President of Strategy, Business Development and Innovation, and was later promoted to President of McDonald's USA in 2017. Prior to joining McDonald's, he held various leadership roles at Kraft Foods Group, where he served as the Executive Vice President of Growth Initiatives and President of Kraft Canada. Kempczinski also spent a decade at Procter & Gamble in various marketing and management positions. Under Kempczinski's leadership, McDonald's has focused on accelerating the company's digital transformation and enhancing its customer experience. He has overseen the expansion of McDonald's digital channels, including the launch of the MyMcDonald's Rewards program and the growth of the company's mobile app and delivery services.
