Mr. Tyler has served as chief executive officer of McKesson Corporation since 2019 and became Chair of the Board in May 2026. He previously served as the Company s president and chief operating officer from 2018 to 2019. Mr. Tyler served as chairman of the Management Board of McKesson Europe AG from 2017 to 2018, president and chief operating officer of McKesson Europe from 2016 to 2017, president of McKesson s North American Pharmaceutical Distribution and Services from 2015 to 2016, and McKesson s executive vice president, corporate strategy and business development from 2012 to 2015.
