Prior to his current position, Mr. Dierker held various roles at Church & Dwight, including: Executive Vice President and Head of Business Operations (March to April 2025); Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Head of Business Operations (April 2022 to March 2025); and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (January 2016 to April 2022). Prior to January 2016, Mr. Dierker held various roles in finance, supply chain, financial planning and analysis and investor relations. Before joining Church & Dwight, Mr. Dierker held a senior financial management role at Alpharma, Inc., a global specialty pharmaceutical company, and various financial and business development leadership positions at Ingersoll-Rand Ltd., a diversified industrial manufacturer.
