Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer of Virginia Transformer Corp. since April 2025. Chief Human Resource Officer for Enpro Inc. from 2020 to 2022. Prior to taking this position, Dr. Sweeney held the position of Division President of GGB Bearing Technology (GGB), which was then an Enpro subsidiary, for seven years with strategy and P&L responsibility in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Prior to that, Dr. Sweeney served as an executive with General Motors Company with responsibilities focused on assembly, engineering, supply chain, quality, and site management at multiple locations in the United States and Canada. Dr. Sweeney brings to the Board extensive manufacturing expertise and experience leading global teams and solving complex business issues, as well as significant experience in workforce development. Through her former position as Division President of GGB, Dr. Sweeney brings leadership experience and a thorough and insightful perspective to a wide range of financial, regulatory, and risk management issues. Additionally, Dr. Sweeney s experience in executive-level roles at companies in other industries further demonstrates her leadership capability and broad knowledge of financial and operational issues that companies face.
