Dominic Marasco is the President of the Endocrine Business Unit at MannKind Corporation, a biopharmaceutical company pioneering inhaled therapeutic products for endocrine disorders. His earlier career included key leadership roles at Alexion Pharmaceuticals in sales, marketing, and business development for rare disease franchises, as well as progressive positions at Pfizer in endocrinology and primary care, honing his skills in launching blockbuster therapies and building high-performing teams. Marasco's notable achievements include accelerating revenue growth for novel endocrinology products, securing formulary wins with major payers, and fostering partnerships that enhance patient access to transformative treatments.
