Ms. Hauschildt, 55, is the global Chief Human Resources Officer for Georg Fischer, Uponor division, a leading provider of crosslinked polyethylene plumbing, radiant heating/cooling, hydronic piping, pre-insulated piping and fire sprinkler systems for residential and commercial structures, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. Ms. Hauschildt received her Bachelor's degree from Gustavus Adolphus College, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. We consider Ms. Hauschildt to be qualified for service on the board and the Human Capital and Compensation Committee due to her extensive corporate experience, specifically relating to Human Resources and Information Technology.
