Mr. Albert, 74, is the retired Executive Vice President of the Company, a position he held from the May 2015 completion of our merger with Central Bank to his retirement in September 2015. He also served as Chief Executive Officer and as a director of Central Bank from 1996 to 2015. Mr. Albert currently serves as a director of the Company and the Bank. He received his Bachelor s degree from Westmar University and his MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Among other attributes, skills and qualifications, we believe Mr. Albert is qualified to serve as a director of the Company and on the Audit Committee, because, as a director of the Bank and former Chief Executive Officer of Central Bank, he is familiar with the Bank s business and industry and with Bank strategy.
