Rory G. Rittrevi serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Mid Penn Bank, a community-focused financial institution headquartered in Millersburg, Pennsylvania. With more than 25 years of experience in the banking sector, Rittrevi joined Mid Penn in 2011 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He advanced to President in 2015 and assumed the CEO role in 2021, succeeding Michael J. Reinhard upon his retirement. In his current position, Rittrevi oversees all strategic, operational, and financial aspects of the company, guiding its expansion while maintaining a commitment to superior customer service and community involvement. Prior to Mid Penn, Rittrevi held progressive leadership roles at prominent regional banks. He served as Executive Vice President and CFO at CNB Bank, a subsidiary of Citizens & Northern Corporation, where he managed financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and capital planning. Earlier in his career, he worked at Commerce Bank and other financial institutions, developing expertise in accounting, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions. Rittrevi holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bloomsburg University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Under Rittrevi's leadership, Mid Penn Bancorp has experienced remarkable growth, including key acquisitions such as FNB Bank, The Scottdale Bank & Trust Company, and others, expanding its footprint to over 35 branches across Pennsylvania and Maryland. Assets have grown from approximately $1 billion to more than $4 billion, with enhanced profitability and a strengthened balance sheet. His strategic vision has positioned Mid Penn as a dynamic leader in community banking, earning recognition for innovation and shareholder value creation.
