Randolph L. Marten has been a full-time employee of ours since 1974. Mr. Marten has been a Director since October 1980 and our Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since October 1, 2025. Mr. Marten also served as our Executive Chairman of the Board from May 2021 to September 30, 2025, our Chairman of the Board from August 1993 to May 2021, our Chief Executive Officer from January 2005 to May 2021, our President from June 1986 to June 2008, our Chief Operating Officer from June 1986 to August 1998 and as a Vice President from October 1980 to June 1986. We believe Mr. Marten s qualifications to sit on our Board of Directors include his four decades of experience in the trucking industry, including 45 years as an executive officer.
