Mr. McDonnell is Chief Executive Officer of J&J Management Services, Inc., a private management company, a position he has held since 2012, and prior to that as President and Chief Compliance Officer since 1997. Prior to Midland s acquisition of Heartland Bank in December 2014, Mr. McDonnell was a director of Heartland Bank and its parent company, Love Savings Holding Company. Mr. McDonnell holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University, an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst. Skills and Qualifications.
