Mr. Ramos, who serves as Chair of our Compensation Committee, is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Maritz Development, operating unit of Maritz Holdings, Inc., headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Prior to this position, Mr. Ramos was the Executive Vice President of Maritz Holdings, Inc. Maritz specializes in the design and development of incentive, reward and loyalty programs focused on improving workforce quality and customer satisfaction. He has been with Maritz since 2000. Prior to joining Maritz, Mr. Ramos served as Chief Financial Officer for Purcell Tire and Rubber Company, practiced corporate law at the firm of Blumenfeld, Kaplan and Sandweiss in St. Louis, and was a senior manager at KPMG LLP. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri in St. Louis and his J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law.
