Mr. Schultz serves as Managing Partner of the J.M. Schultz Investment, L.L.C., a private family office. He has been with this organization since 1989. Since 1996, he also has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of AKRA Builders Inc., a multi-state construction, design-build and project management firm headquartered in Teutopolis, Illinois. Prior to joining the Company s board of directors, he served on the board of directors of Prime Banc Corp. and First National Bank of Dieterich.
