Prior to Cyphlens, Mr. Motwani was Co-Founder, CFO, and a Board member of Jiko Group, a technology-based bank holding company, from July 2015 to December 2021. He was also a Board member of Mid-Central National Bank from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, he held positions of increasing responsibility at J.P. Morgan from 2005 to 2014, including Managing Director in the company s Transaction Services franchise. He also co-led the technology modernization and automation of J.P.
