Mr. Csiszar is currently a private investor and serves on the Board of Directors of American Integrity Insurance Company (NYSE: AII), a property and casualty insurance company. From September 2004 until his retirement in September 2006, Mr. Csiszar was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America, the property and casualty insurance industry s principal trade association. Mr. Csiszar was the Director of Insurance for the State of South Carolina from February 1998 to August 2004 and served as President of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners in 2004. Mr. Csiszar also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Seibels Bruce Group, Inc., a property and casualty insurance company, from 1995 to 1998.
